It's Our Future!

The Northampton rally on 9/25 made the news in a large front-page article in the Daily Hampshire Gazette. Read it here.

The Northampton group has a page on the moving-planet.org website with their plans for the Northampton Moving Planet Big Freeze & Fossil Fuel Funeral.

Want to help plan this event?  You can read about it at their website and sign up there to help!  Jill Turner, the organizer, says: “Many people have expressed interest in the parade and the freeze! It seems as if it’s creating itself. I just keep bumping into wonderful people.  For acts we’ve got the Expandable  Brass Band, Harmony hoola-hoopers with a gal drum core, pedal people, a coffin with 40 white masks, dragons and puppets….   Anyone want to help organize? I need people to do a whole lot of tasks. I need people to contact groups and help them think of ideas for being in the parade.”

The following came in an email from John Berkowitz. Click the image for a full size version.
